Meet Linda, the Founder

Linda Mwanzia has seen both sides of the customer experience challenge.

As a CX leader across multiple markets, she’s felt the pressure of mounting customer complaints with no clear path forward. She’s sat in strategy meetings where brilliant insights died because no one knew how to execute them. 

But she’s also experienced the transformation that happens when organizations finally crack the code – when feedback becomes insight, insight becomes strategy, and strategy becomes action: that’s why she founded SPARK CX.
